Cast Iron is situated within Marriott Bonvoy hotels around the UK. The restaurant focuses on steak, and serves a mix of classic and globally-inspired dishes, using only the finest, seasonal British ingredients. The project involved the creation of a brand story, with an honest tone of voice, photographic styling and a suite of communications to bring alive the dishes with the same passion as if it was coming from the chefs themselves.
